Quick answers first; a human if you need one.
Ask a club leader for their invite link, code, or QR poster. Enter the code on the Join page (or scan the QR), create an account, and confirm. A leader approves your request.
At each meeting or event, a leader shows a QR code from the Check-in page. Scan it, enter the email you joined with, and you're marked present. Leaders can also mark people present by hand.
On the sign-in page, use “Email me a sign-in link instead.” Once you're in, set a new password from your Profile page.
Your club's leaders can see your membership details and attendance. Other members can only see them if your club turns that setting on. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Create an account, then choose “Start a club” from your home screen. You'll get a public page, an invite code, and the full set of tools right away.
Settings → Generational handover. You can also run an election first and apply the winner in one step. The new president inherits everything — members, records, and the public page.
Members who aren't a club leader get their own simplified view — meeting info, upcoming events with RSVP, announcements, and (if the club uses them) their tasks and service hours. Leaders see the full management dashboard instead.
Yes — a leader adds a meeting link (and password, if needed) to the club or to a specific event. It only ever shows to signed-in members, never on the public page or in calendar exports.
Yes — every member has an involvement record (Members → your name → Record) listing meetings attended, events attended, tasks completed, and approved service hours for each club. It's built to print or save as a PDF for scholarship and college applications.
Yes — open Coetio in your phone's browser and choose "Add to Home Screen" (on iPhone, tap Share first). It opens full-screen like a real app, and on iPhone that's also what turns on push notifications.
Not if you don't want to — Settings → "Approve new members automatically" puts every join request straight onto the active roster. You can still remove someone afterward if it was a mistake.
Yes — Invite → Poster makes a print-ready recruitment poster with your club's meeting info and a scannable join QR code. It never includes anything members-only, like an online meeting link.
