Students run their clubs on Coetio. Your school gets what the adults responsible actually need: continuity from year to year, and a clear view of club activity that stays out of students' personal data.
When seniors graduate, the whole club passes to the next president in one step: roster, records, money history. Nothing lives in one student's notes app.
The school console shows club-level facts: how many clubs met this month, which ones went quiet, what's coming up. It never shows a student's name or personal record.
Verify your school once and your clubs get a "Verified school" badge where students browse. You can also tag clubs as school-approved.

The school console shows counts and club-level facts only. It cannot show a student's name, email, phone number, or individual attendance, and there is deliberately no way for us to add that by accident: the console's code has no access to member records at all. Rosters belong to each club, and personal details stay with the club's own president.
Nothing. Coetio is free for student organizations and for schools, with the full toolset. Verification is a short form checked by a person, and you can read our privacy policy and terms before anything else.
