By email: support@coetio.com. Coetio aims to reply within a few days. Privacy, data, accessibility, and parent or guardian requests can be sent to the same address.
To report a club that breaks the rules, use the report link on that club's join page, or send an email. The Community Guidelines explain what is acted on and how to appeal. If someone is in danger, contact your school or local emergency services first.
