Hand the club to its next owner in one move. Members and records all carry over. No more starting from zero.
Meetings and events
Events & RSVPs
Post events, collect RSVPs, and set capacity or a head-count goal. Add a street address and a room, and members get a directions link. If the time isn't settled, say so and it publishes as an all-day event. Cancel a meeting and the club is told, with your reason if you give one.
QR attendance
Show a code at each meeting; members scan to check in. Attendance is recorded automatically. A member who gets missed can ask to be added, or a leader can mark them in by hand.
Kiosk mode
Prop a tablet at the door. Codes rotate every 30 seconds, so screenshots can't be shared.
Meeting mode
A live screen for the meeting in progress. The agenda runs on a timeline: give items times, start them, and drag them around when the meeting drifts. Members tick off their own lines, and there's a check-in code, the clock, a quick poll, and a projector version for the room.
Meeting minutes
Minutes belong to a meeting, and two officers can write them at the same time during it. Share them with members when they're ready, and export to Google Docs when someone wants a copy.
One calendar
Everything on one screen. Leaders see every event and every task deadline for the club; members see the ones that are theirs.
Calendar feeds
One private link puts every event from your clubs on your own phone calendar, in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook.
Getting the word out
Announcements
Post updates that reach every member, or just one committee or one person. Schedule them ahead of time and pin the important ones.
Notifications
Members get an in-app feed and optional push notifications. Anyone can mute a club or turn club email off entirely.
A join link
Every club gets its own address where a new member can request to join. It shows only the club's name, school, and icon to someone who isn't a member yet, nothing more, and works well as an activity-fair QR code or a bio link.
English and Spanish
Sign-up, joining, and the member screens are in both languages. A parent reading a club's page can switch without an account.
The work itself
Tasks & signups
Hand out work, break it into numbered steps, and hand it out on a later date if it isn't needed yet. Every task has its own page where everything lives: who's on it, whose step each step is, what's finished, and every reminder sent. Tasks file themselves under the meeting they came from, with search and filters to find anything. Signup sheets with limited spots too.
Committees
Split the club into committees. Each gets a page, a color, an icon (any emoji), and a chair. Turn on chair powers and a chair can run their committee's work without seeing the rest of the club's.

Your school
For your school
School staff can verify their school at no cost. Verified clubs show a note confirming it in their own settings. Verification does not open a dashboard or a login into any club's roster or data.
