About Coetio
Coetio is one place for a student organization to manage membership, take attendance, plan events, message members, and hand the whole thing to next year's officers — without spreadsheets, lost group chats, or starting from scratch every fall.
Coetio comes from running real clubs — the sign-in sheets, the group chats no one reads, the handoff to next year's officers that loses everything. Every feature earns its place by saving a club leader time.
Most of our users are under 18. Member contact details are only visible to the club's president, we collect the minimum needed to run a club, and we don't sell data or run ads.
Clubs are run on volunteer time and shoestring budgets. Coetio is free for student organizations, with the full toolset — not a stripped-down tier.
Coetio is a small, independent project built for high-school and college clubs. It's still early — if something's missing or broken, the person who can fix it will actually read your message.
